FINANCIAL SERVICES GUIDE
The Financial Services Guide is intended to provide you with general information regarding our services prior to providing you with a financial service. The FSG contains information about: who we are and how you can contact us, the services we are authorised to provide to you, how you can communicate with us, how we are remunerated, how you make a complaint and how it will be dealt with, and how we will deal with your personal information.
CLIENT AGREEMENT
This Client Agreement is part of the agreement between Trive Financial Services Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 159 166 739) (FairMarkets, we or us) and you, the client (you or yourself).
It governs our dealings with you in the Products, being Margin foreign exchange contracts (Margin FX Contracts) and contracts for difference (CFDs). These dealings include our financial services and the transactions we conduct with you.
PRIVACY POLICY
At FairMarkets, we are committed to ensuring the confidentiality and security of the personal information supplied by individuals. FairMarkets is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles (‘APPs’) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (‘Privacy Act’). FairMarkets has appointed a Compliance Officer, who oversees the Privacy Policy, and ensures that FairMarkets’ management of personal information is in accordance with this Policy and with the Privacy Act.
PRODUCT DISCLOSURE AND TARGET MARKET DETERMINATION
Product disclosure provides you with key information about our financial products being over the counter derivatives, being margin foreign exchange contracts (Margin FX Contracts) and contracts for difference (CFDs).

HEDGING POLICY
You deal with TRIVE FINANCIAL SERVICES AUSTRALIA PTY LTD (“FAIRMARKETS”) as a counterparty to every transaction you enter into on our platforms. You will have an exposure to us in relation to each transaction if we are not ready, willing or able to meet our obligations, for example, if FAIRMARKETS were to become insolvent. Due to the seriousness of such an event, FAIRMARKETS has stringent procedures to ensure that it is able to meet all its obligations which it is a party to.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION POLICY
This policy sets out our measures for handling complaints through our internal dispute resolution (IDR) process. The policy relates to all of our representatives, including its dedicated complaints handling staff.
